Does not include fitting, you will need styling and fitting service for that. Book this service if you want to talk with us about your piercing and/or jewellery ideas, get our professional advice on anatomical placements, and styling as well as the opportunity to view and discuss custom jewellery design and ordering. We charge a small fee to cover the value of our time, service, any necessary PPE and disposables used during your visit as well as admin and cleaning costs. Any jewellery purchased at this appointment will be charged accordingly. There is no obligation to make a jewellery purchase or piercing appointment at this time, and you will always have the opportunity to book for future piercing(s)/fitting(s) to give you time to consider your options.
Styling and fitting for upto 3 healed piercings only. Jewellery will be charged by the piece, price will vary depending on material and design which range anywhere from around £120 to upwards of £500 per piece for our solid gold and gemstone collections. We will not install jewellery we have not supplied ourselves. The small fee is to cover our consultation time, piercers expertise, full fitting service, necessary PPE and overheads during your visit.
Bring in your heirloom pieces that dont fit or spark joy anymore, to be assessed and discuss having them altered to fit or redesigned altogether so you can wear them with love again.

Routine Check up / Downsize (this is not a jewellery shopping appointment)

This is not a jewellery shopping appointment. This is a short check up on your piercings well-being and potential downsize appointment. Please choose the styling and fitting service for that. This time allows us to asses your current healing and determine if your jewellery needs any adjustment. The £10 fee is for the service only. Any jewellery for downsizes will be charged on the day and starts from £15 for our basic implant titanium bars.
Healed Piercings Only. This will be a quieter appointment; conversation will be guided by you so you can choose wither to enjoy some downtime and the sensory experience of an ear spa, or chat away as you like. We will use cool mist, foaming soap, and a soft brush on the skin to gently remove any build-up whilst bringing the lustre back to your jewellery. We finish with a warm compress, which is like giving your ear piercings a hug before sending you on your way with your own jewellery care package so you can Ear Spa at home.

Mindful Ear Spa & Hand Massage with Essential Oils (please read description)

Healed Piercings Only. This will be a quiet appointment, and conversation will only be guided by you so you can enjoy some rest and digest along with the sensory experience of an ear spa. We will use cool mist, foaming soap, and soft brushes on the skin to gently remove any build-up whilst bringing the lustre back to your jewellery. We finish with a warm compress, which is like giving your ear piercings a hug. In this session. Nikki will also offer a guided meditation & hand massage before sending you on your way with your own jewellery care package so you can Ear Spa at home.

If you are struggling to remove your jewellery at home we can assist with this at the studio. Please note we will not fit any jewellery brought from outside of Bold and Gold, and we can not guarantee that your piercing will remain open without jewellery in place. You will need a separate fitting appointment if you would like us to install jewellery from us. The fee of £10 covers the value of our time, expertise and PPE required for this service. *Please not we will not remove any genital piercings nor at this time can we offer any removal for piercings including but not limited to lip, and tongue.

This is a beautiful and professional studio where the piercers take their time with the client and keep you calm and informed every step of the process, and it's worth every penny. Kate even set up a chair for my husband to stay with me as I was feeling anxious.
