Nikki was so great while doing my piercing. Not only did she make the whole atmosphere very nice and comfortable. But just talking while piercing my ear has definitely made me focus less on the fact. Absolutely amazing 10/10 defo will be back!

Nikki was fantastic! I felt so comfortable, she explained everything so well and I felt no pressure to go ahead and we did lots of breathing before. I got to say when I was ready and took a deep exhale while the piercing went in. I wish everyone could have such a gentle and safe experience. Would recommend her to everyoneee :)

From start to finish the whole experience was great. Medical checks to talking me through the process to the piercing itself it was all excellent.

I love Bold and Gold. The ladies there are welcoming and very knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and work on your time. They understand if you are nervous and help you through every step of the process so you have a good experience. I will definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new piercing.

Had the best experience! Kate was wonderful and made the process very enjoyable. (Amazing person to chat with as well!) Got three cartilage piercings done in one go, minimal pain and no issues after :)

Would totally recommend and, honestly, I will be back for another round soon!

I had a bad experience with a helix piercing before (at a different studio) and was not sure if I'd wanna go through the pain again. Talking it through with Kate helped me understand why that previous one went wrong and what can be done to avoid the unnecessary pain this time. Long story short: she knows what she's doing and I will never trust another studio with my piercings ever again :)

I'm not sure I have enough positive words in my vocabulary to give a just review of this place!

As a first-timer piercee the warm welcome from Nikki and Jil immediately put us at ease. The offer of a cuppa (3 times thereafter) made me certainly feel right at home.

The place has a mildly "witchy" vibe - not in your face, but enough to give you a sense that magic happens here.

The attention and care that both ladies gave - as we worked through different jewellery options - was comforting, reassuring, absolutely entertaining, and gave all the support we needed to know we'd made the right choices, A: in picking this place; and B: in the pieces we chose.

Absolutely delighted with the whole experience and the result. Now wondering what I could have done next, just to go back!

Cannot recommend highly enough!
