BOLD AND GOLD STUDIOS

A bespoke package for you. Weaving intuitive healing and sacred ritual to support your nervous system to rest and digest.
There will be an invitation to set intention & pull an oracle / tarot card before we begin.
You can expect meditation; a practice focusing on body and sensory awareness, shifting your attention inwards to promote rest and digest. Energy healing with Reiki; a holistic therapy in which I will channel energy to encourage the release of stress and tension in your body.
Physiologically the benefits of both of these practices includes reduced anxiety, improved sleep, clarity of mind, as well as the opportunity to reconnect with yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically and spirituality.

This is a non invasive session in which you remain fully clothed. We recommend you wear loose or comfortable clothing for the session and might like to bring a journal for any self reflection afterwards.

Meditation is a practice focusing on body and sensory awareness, shifting your attention inwards to promote rest and digest. Reiki is a holistic therapy in which I will channel energy to encourage the release of stress and tension in your body.
Physiologically the benefits of both of these practices includes reduced anxiety, improved sleep, clarity of mind, as well as the opportunity to reconnect with yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically and spirituality.

We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to relax your mind, before moving into hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing to balance the energetic body. We will finish with offering you a herbal tea to gently bring you back into the day.
This is a non invasive session in which you remain fully clothed. We recommend you wear loose or comfortable clothing for the session and might like to bring a journal for any self reflection afterwards.

If you are struggling to remove your jewellery at home we can assist with this at the studio. Please note we will not fit any jewellery brought from outside of Bold and Gold, and we can not guarantee that your piercing will remain open without jewellery in place. You will need a separate fitting appointment if you would like us to install jewellery from us. The fee of £10 covers the value of our time, expertise and PPE required for this service. *Please not we will not remove any genital piercings nor at this time can we offer any removal for piercings including but not limited to lip, and tongue.

Basic Jewellery Removal (upto 3 pieces)

Does not include fitting, you will need styling and fitting service for that. Book this service if you want to talk with us about your piercing and/or jewellery ideas, get our professional advice on anatomical placements, and styling as well as the opportunity to view and discuss custom jewellery design and ordering. We charge a small fee to cover the value of our time, service, any necessary PPE and disposables used during your visit as well as admin and cleaning costs. Any jewellery purchased at this appointment will be charged accordingly. There is no obligation to make a jewellery purchase or piercing appointment at this time, and you will always have the opportunity to book for future piercing(s)/fitting(s) to give you time to consider your options.

Consultation & Styling - Advice Only (does not include jewellery fitting)

Bring in your heirloom pieces that dont fit or spark joy anymore, to be assessed and discuss having them altered to fit or redesigned altogether so you can wear them with love again.
OR
Come in with your ideas for bespoke body or traditional jewellery to be made from scratch.
