First time coming here and Sofi was lovely! Really welcoming and chilled atmosphere. Felt like they've really put the effort in to make it friendly and inclusive. Will def be back again!

I had a fantastic experience at Bold & Gold today. It was my first time visiting, and the team was incredibly welcoming. They answered all my questions super patiently and walked me through every step of the process. I felt really informed and comfortable the whole time. Would absolutely recommend!

Had a wee jewellery change with Sofi, was super sweet and took really good care of me! Seamless process, talked through the steps, accessibility assistance was made available to me as needed, and Sofi was super gentle and patient.

Have also previously had a jewellery browsing appointment with Sofi too, where we measured how much space I have and tried out different jewellery using the try on sticks so I could visualise how each piece would look. Was a great experience and helped me make more informed choices regarding jewellery set-up and future purchases to work with the space I have.

Studio is IMMACULATE, jewellery selection is awesome, and the space is very autism friendly. Also a friendly and welcoming environment as a trans person.

Loads of time is given for the appointment, no question is a daft question, and there’s no pressure or weird vibes, just super chill and breezy process. You don’t feel rushed out the door or like there’s a queue behind you, nor is there a sense that you’re more or less valuable depending on what you spend (if you spend at all). Super inclusive environment with bangin’ staff who know their stuff ✨
